No problem! This challenge is designed for beginners and experienced journalers alike. The prompts are simple and approachable, guiding you step-by-step into a rewarding journaling practice.

How much time will this take each day?

You can spend as little as 5 minutes or as much time as you like. The prompts are intentionally short and focused to fit into even the busiest of schedules.

Where will the prompts be shared?

The prompts will be delivered daily to your WhatsApp. Make sure to provide your correct number during registration.

Is there a cost to join?

No, the challenge is free to join! However, we’ll also introduce you to a beautifully designed journal (created by us) that complements the challenge perfectly. It’s optional but highly recommended to enhance your experience.

Do I need any special materials?

All you need is a notebook or journal and a pen. If you don’t have one yet, this is the perfect excuse to treat yourself to a new journal!

What if I miss a day?

No worries! The challenge is flexible, and you can always catch up at your own pace. The prompts will stay with you even after the challenge ends, so you can revisit them anytime.

Can I share my journaling entries?

Sharing is completely optional. If you’re comfortable, you can post your reflections in our private group or on social media using the hashtag #30DaysOfMindfulness. This can inspire others and build a sense of community.

How do I join the challenge?

It’s simple! Just fill out the registration form and we’ll send you all the details. The first prompt will arrive on November 30th!
