Cancellations

For Online Courses, Workshops, and Digital Products: Once a purchase is confirmed and access to the course or digital product is granted, cancellations will not be accepted.

For Paid Consultations and Services (like Editing, Coaching, or Ghostwriting): You may cancel your booking up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled start time are non-refundable.

For Subscription Plans (if applicable): Subscriptions can be canceled anytime via your account dashboard or by emailing us at dagnysol7@gmail.com. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

Refunds

Digital Products and Online Programs: Due to the nature of digital content, we do not offer refunds once a purchase is made and access is provided.

Workshops and Live Sessions: If a participant is unable to attend a live session, no refunds will be issued. However, session recordings or alternate access options may be provided where applicable.

Service-Based Work (Editing, Coaching, Ghostwriting): Partial or full refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis if services have not yet commenced. Once the work begins, refunds are not applicable.

Exceptions

In rare circumstances such as duplicate payments or technical issues, refunds will be processed promptly upon notification.
